eCommerce Growth Marketing Manager
About iPromo
iPromo is a leading distributor of branded merchandise, corporate gifts, and promotional products, helping brands leave a lasting impression. We partner with companies of all sizes to create impactful, custom-branded experiences for their employees and clients.
Position Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our eCommerce acquisition and conversion engine. This is not a “strategy-only” role—you will plan, launch, optimize, and measure campaigns across SEM, SEO, CRO, paid social, and product page creation.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-funnel performance marketing across Google Ads (SEM), SEO, CRO, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads.
- Audit, design, and optimize landing pages + product pages to maximize conversion and revenue per visitor.
- Run structured A/B and multivariate tests with clear hypotheses, controls, and measurable lifts.
- Report on CAC, ROAS, and LTV/CAC ratios with actionable insights, not just numbers.
- Collaborate with design, dev, and content teams to ensure SEO-friendly, conversion-optimized site architecture.
Who You Are
- Proven operator: You’ve directly managed $100K+/month ad spend and can point to specific campaigns where you reduced CAC or improved ROAS.
- Analytical & technical: Comfortable with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Conversion obsessed: You don’t just drive traffic—you optimize the on-site experience (CRO, landing pages, product detail pages).
- Hands-on: You’ve built, launched, and scaled campaigns yourself—not just overseen agencies.
- eCommerce focused: Direct experience in multi-SKU eCommerce or marketplace businesses.
Must-Have Experience
- Running Google Ads + Meta Ads with measurable ROI improvements.
- Executing technical + content SEO that drove revenue, not just rankings.
- Designing and testing landing pages + product pages that increased CVR.
- Using CRO frameworks (A/B testing, user journey analysis).
- Reporting growth metrics tied to revenue and profit, not vanity metrics.
How We Filter
If you apply, be prepared to answer 5 specific, practical questions on SEM, SEO, CRO, landing page optimization, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Generic answers will disqualify you.
🔑 This role is for doers, not overseers. If you thrive on digging into data, testing relentlessly, and proving impact with hard numbers, you’ll fit right in.
