About the Role: As a Sales Manager at iPromo, you will lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals. You will be responsible for driving sales growth within your team, developing and executing sales strategies, and mentoring a team of Brand Consultants and Global Account Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of Brand Consultants
- Oversee an Account Management team based abroad
- Conduct high-level client meetings and close deals
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and execute sales incentive programs
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
- Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the promotional products industry
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
